Our Vicar is Mistress Cat Coeur Noir.

The Baron and/or Baroness are ceremonial in nature in reflecting the royal presence in the Barony. They are responsible to the Crown, and will work with the Baronial officers as circumstances dictate to keep officers informed as necessary for the efficient performance of their duties. The Crown shall specifically delegate the Baronage to establish and present non-armigerous awards specific to the Barony.

When a Barony has no Baron/Baroness, the rights, duties, and titles granted to this office revert to the Crown. The Crown may appoint a Vicar to oversee the Barony in Their stead. The Vicar will have all powers, privileges, rights, and duties of the Baronage, save they cannot assume the title, nor will they have the right to bear the arms in canton.

The Baronage is decided by a polling of active Barony members for the group to voice their preference, but the final decision is made by the Crown.
